Throughout the year there are opportunities to support our community. Here are some examples of community service projects we have been or are involved in:

December Service Project: Adopt A Family

Please help us bring the holidays to 4 families from the Conejo Valley.

We know that it is hard his time of year for your own families but we appreciate all that you can do to help these families have a holiday too!

We recommend the following items for these families:

Please leave your donation with your childs teacher or in the PTA room by December 8th.

November Service Project: Annual Manna Drive for the Conejo Valley Food Bank

Manna, the Conejo Valley Food Bank, is experiencing an unprecedented number of families who are depending on their assistance. The week of Nov. 7-11, we will be holding our annual, large scale Manna Drive.

 

The Wish List for this holiday is:

Boxes will be placed at the entrance of all classrooms for your much needed donations.

October Service Project: Tied Fleece Blankets for the My Stuff Bags Foundation

My Stuff Bags FoundationThe My Stuff Bags Foundation, with the help of thousands of people across the country, provides at-risk children with new belongings and new hope through its innovative "My Stuff".

Students are welcome to come and tie fleece blankets in the multipurpose room during Parent-Teacher Conferences, week of Oct. 10-14.

If you would like to further donate to My Stuff Bags please consider "donating" new items from the following list:

Stuffed animals, coloring books, small toys, school supplies, small toiletries, books, baby stuff, clothing, hand-held games, small photo albums. Children love handcrafted items, too.

We will have a collection box in the multipurpose room for additional donations.
