Dear Parents,

I am delighted to beginning my tenth year working with the students, staff, and families of Ladera, as your elementary counselor.

The Elementary Counseling Program is designed to complement the role of the administration, teachers, and parents in cultivating responsible, resilient, and successful lifelong learners. As your counselor, I will strive to teach students essential life skills such as cooperation, conflict resolution, good decision making, study skills and respect for others, while concurrently building self-esteem through confidential individual and group counseling.
