Volunteers Information –
When entering the Ladera campus you must sign in with the office and wear a name tag at all times while volunteering. It is especially important to the PTA that you sign in when volunteering because we track the number of hours our volunteers work and report them to the State PTA. The number of voting delegates Ladera gets to send to the State convention is based on the number of hours we log. So please sign in! Ladera PTA has a volunteer room that is located across from Room #5. It is open all day and can be used at anytime by volunteers. Art trek supplies are kept there and the collating of our weekly Update and monthly Dragon Flyer is done every Friday at 8:30 a.m. (please join us). Event planning and meetings are also held there.

Workroom Procedures –
The workroom is located in the back of the school office. Copiers are available for usage during the following hours:

• 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Please use appropriate copying code when using the copiers. Copying may also be given to Lori Sawsville, please give her 2 days lead time.
